Someone needs to write a book: The Complete Idiot’s Guide to the Fox News Channel. Such a book might be a best selling book because so many complete idiots trust the Fox News Channel.
This does not mean that others who trust ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN are much more intelligent.

Prof. Paul Sheldon Foote - 9/4/2007
Professor Rabbi Daniel Zucker, a promoter of the Iranian Communist MEK (MKO, PMOI, NCRI, Rajavi Cult, or Pol Pot of Iran) terrorists, has made a new list of the enemies of this evil cult. It is a high honor to be placed on a list of enemies of these communist terrorists who have murdered American military officers, Rockwell International employees, and large numbers of Iranians and Iraqis. Supporters of the MEK have committed terrorist acts in many countries, including in America in 1992. In September 2002, the White House published a background paper listing the MEK as a Saddam Hussein-supported terrorist organization. In 2003, American and coalition forces attacked the MEK terrorists at Camp Ashraf, Iraq. During a period of war with American soldiers dying in Iraq, Zucker is promoting a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO), a Marxist terrorist organization as classified by the State Department. Currently, the Federal Government is prosecuting MEK supporters who duped large numbers of persons at Los Angeles International Airport into donating money to the MEK terrorists.

Everyone should look at the content of the author’s Web site. The author’s solution for is the totalitarian takeover of by the MEK (Rajavi Cult or Pol Pot of Iran). The MEK has murdered American military officers and Rockwell International employees. The MEK has committed terrorist acts, even in New York City .
The State Departments of Presidents Bill Clinton and of George W. Bush have placed the MEK on terrorist lists for good reasons. At the end of the Iran-Iraq War, Massoud Rajavi waved to 2,000 MEK fighters from the safety of Iraq while they invaded Iran . Rajavi told them they would not need to fire a single shot because one million Iranians would march with them to Tehran.
In 1991, the MEK committed terrible atrocities against unarmed Kurdish civilians–including running over them with tanks or with armored personnel carriers. In April 2003, the American and coalition forces attacked the MEK at Camp Ashraf, Iraq . Does the author dare to reveal where Massoud Rajavi is today? Is the American military holding Massoud Rajavi as a prisoner at a camp in Iraq or protecting him until the American military invades Iran? This is the same group of crazies who burned themselves in front of television cameras in June 2003.
While the American government has closed the office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) in Washington, DC, the American government has not closed the operations of other supporters of America’s terrorist enemies. Many of the neo-conservatives (neo-Trotskyites) have been strong supporters of the Rajavi Cult. See, for example, the Web site of the Iran Policy Committee.
While the Iran Policy Committee does disclose that one of its employees is a former employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the IPC does not disclose its funding sources. With the help of the neo-conservatives (neo-Trotskyites), this totalitarian terrorist organization has been able to dupe many in the Democratic and Republican parties. Can the Rajavi Cult dupe progressives?Professor Paul Sheldon Foote

Bipartisan Members of Congress File Brief in Opposition to Administration
Terror Policy
Recently, ACSBlog highlighted
<http://www.acsblog.org/equal-protection-and-due-process-alleged-provider-of
-material-support-to-terrorists-challenges-designation.html> the case of
Rahmani v. U.S., in which the Ninth Circuit held that a person charged with
material support of a terrorist organization may not challenge the State
Department’s designation of the organization as terrorist. An amicus brief,
filed by Congressmen Bob Filner (D-CA) and Tom Tancredo (R-CO) argues that,
by designating the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK) as terrorists, the designation
which is at issue in this case, the State

exceeded its power under federal law.
According to the brief, Congress feared that, in enacting the law which
allows the government to designate terrorist organizations and prosecute
those who support them, it would abridge First Amendment rights by allowing
the State Department to designate groups for purely political reasons. Such
political opponents of the State Department would then be unable to raise
funds from donors unwilling to risk a criminal conviction. Accordingly, the
statute permits the government to only designate organizations who engage in
certain violent practices, such as highjacking, assassination or use of a
weapon of mass destruction. The brief argues that MEK engages in none of the
practices permitting terrorist designation under the statute. Instead, its
designation as a terrorist organization was part of a strategy to advance
foreign policy goals:

Referring to Claire Miskin’s statement released on December 30, 2006 by NCRI website entitled “Behind the atrocities in Iraq stands the Iranian regime” Paul Sheldon Foote delivered the following comment.
Contrary to the representations posted by the Iranian Communist MEK’s NCRI Web site, please note:
1. The PMOI (MEK, Rajavi Cult, or Pol Pot of Iran) supports totalitarian rule in Iran, not a secular and pluralistic democracy. According to the MEK: Rajavi is Iran. Iran is Rajavi.
2. In 1991, the MEK committed atrocities against large numbers of Kurds in Iraq.
3. Army of intellectuals? Whether illiterate or possessing college degrees, MEK members engage in brainwashing cult practices. Read the books mentioned at: http://www.iran-interlink.org
4. Many MEK members have fled from Camp Ashraf, Iraq to return to Iran or to live at Camp Freedom, Iraq.
5. In April 2003, American and coalition forces did attack Camp Ashraf, Iraq. In President Bush’s background paper for his September 2002 remarks at the United Nations, President Bush had listed the MEK as one of three Saddam Hussein-supported terrorist groups in Iraq. President Bush’s State Department classifies the MEK as a communist terrorist organization guilty of murdering American military officers and Rockwell International employees.
6. Some Iraqi political leaders have demanded that the MEK leave Iraq by December 31, 2006.
